Will shot two Saturday. He says they are delicious. I haven't eaten cotton tail since we used to have beerfests around a campfire back in high school. I remember it was good, I remember a lot of things were good back then. One such was chocolate soda. Yeeech!

Viz, rabbit meat is sooooooooo good, if made the right way ,rabbit is not cooked with the skin on !

best way for us ... make a rabbit stew , slow cooked in a cast iron skillet is best ! It's almost like eating chicken .
you're going to like the meat no matter how it's cook ,

as for cleaning , if you skinned the animal then all the hair comes right off !!

enjoy

Its great fried and peppered.

Once you get the hair on the meat its extremely difficult to get it off.

Usual, old granny use to go choke a few hens on Sunday and would also burn off the pin feathers with an old rolled up newspaper....(assuming that the outhouse was well supplied and the papers could be spared).....

Don't see why it wouldn't work on weed mules...
