And I thought catching a few waves on Vancouver Island in summer was cold!

Location: Southeastern shore, Lake Michigan Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I've seen kite surfers as recent as Nov. 18th catching 30 feet or more of air off Milwaukee's Bradford Beach area.
